Ask ur Govt !!

Dear ppl,
As all of u wud have heard the election promises of the Govt, a color TV, Rice @ Rs.2/Kg was promised .. Wen a Govt is able to give an entertaining idiot box for free y cant the same govt give a life saving helmet without cost... The knack of the Govt actually lies in exploiting the negligence of the literate.,So it ll continue to be so as long as we literates stay dormant.,Pl do forward messages r e-mails related to these things so tat some of our perceptions might be put into ppl's eyes for a go-through..,

soory dude,,dis comments r nt agreeable as d color tv box s a basic necessity for the huddled masses..considering a Farm workers, who could not afford to buy a TV set on the Rs. 100 a day most earn. Besides, the sets are no burden to state coffers, bought at bulk for about Rs. 3,000 to 4000 maxi each.Even though it s politicians scenario to stir up to d next election, Many C class and sme B class people r much benefitd as d most of people desire to hve tv sets in d hme.. Important thng to b noted s still many villages r nt backed up well... undevelopd, famine, water scarcity., so rice at 2 rs and color box ll atleast solve basic amendments.bt as far as helmets s concernd ..it s worn only by d middle class people as dey r only afford to buy a moped.every 1 prefer only TV instead of hellmets. A helmet s gonna cost a matter of sme Rs 450 .. i feel dat d govrnt has taken a rite decision to throw lite for d below poverty line and immature
villag people so ad to improve their standard of living..( comments concernd abt d village people )

Firstly, I never accused the Govt for giving rice at Rs. 2/kg. How would I?? Am I opposition party.
Secondly, I’m not against those Free TVs. I told when u r able to give a TV why not a helmet.
You say ‘The whole population doesn’t have two-wheelers’. I never expect the Govt to give helmets to the entire population. I guess your biggest concern is on reaching the ppl who have two-wheelers. Hello! Come on wake-up. How does the Govt initiate an emission-check periodically?
You go to the Govt prescribed-center, show your documents and get done with an emission check. Isn’t it?? As simple as tat. And dude when people r struggling for water, food blah blah as u told, do they really need TV. How do you recommend TV for them? Try recommending what they need to lead life. Sounds funny anyway. I was the first person to smile when DMK promised rice for Rs.2. Moreover no Govt will make something mandatory unless they are badly affected in that particular area. Imagine the ramping accident rates. I ll quote some articles in HINDU if u like see one. There are many in fact.
P.S. Is watching TV made mandatory or wearing helmet. Lol. Just wonder :):)
